The Third Act is the period of our life where spirituality plays the most pivotal role. There is nothing that benefits and accelerates the practice of The Art of Conscious Aging like deepening our commitment to our spiritual life. To that end we will be offering a variety of modialities particualrly suitable to those in their Third Act: Classes, trainings, and practices  in Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, and personal intimacy and developing spiritual community.

I am available for private and group Yoga and Meditation classes. These are offered in person or online … upon request.

Each class is tailored to your fitness, health and level of experience.


Whether a beginner or longtimepractitioner you’ll find this hour to be joyful, uplifting and highly beneficial.

I currently offer a weekly one hour small group yoga class Friday mornings at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time. The class is offered on a Donation basis on Zoom
